Can't prove your income because you're self employed and don't have three year's worth of accounts or simply have multiple income sources which are difficult to verify?

Don't worry, there are products out there which are perfectly suited to your situation. With self certification products, you can make a declaration of your annual earnings without having to prove it via accounts, P60s, payslips, bank statements etc. So, if you don't conform to the normal lending criteria, we can help.

Please note that if you exaggerate your income, not only are you putting yourself in a dangerous position in not being able to make the payments, you could also be deemed to be committing an offence.

Most self certification products also require at least a 15% deposit/equity interest so please bear this fact in mind when thinking about applying for this type of mortgage.
